Technology System Implementation Overview

Our focus as both managers and coaches is to ensure a successful implementation of the system.  Our experienced project managers provide management oversight, serve as a project champions, facilitate and coordinate project activities, and communicate critical milestones during all phases of your implementation project.

 

  • Assessment/Gap Analysis. Conduct a thorough and objective analysis of current processes, organization capabilities, and technologies and the impact changes will have on the organization.   Using the business needs defined in the Assessment/Gap Analysis, we will facilitate system design sessions to ensure the new system is implemented to meet the defined business requirements.
  • Development. Using the business needs defined in the Assessment/Gap Analysis, we will facilitate system design sessions to ensure the new system is implemented to meet the defined business requirements
  • Integration. Collaborate with all parties to prepare for the design, building and communication of new system interfaces.
  • Data Validation.   Develop an approach and define criteria for validating data.
  • System Test Strategy & Roll-Out. Work with team members to define all aspects of system integration, performance and user acceptance testing events. 
  • Training & Communication. Tailor standard training to address client-specific processes and other system changes.  EA will document your training needs and develop a roll-out strategy including logistics, timing, and training formats
