Paul Frank

Paul C. Frank is a consultant with over 25 years of Human Resources experience in the areas of HRIS, Compensation, Benefits Administration and Systems Consulting. His background includes work in several industries including Healthcare, Publishing, High Technology Manufacturing, Defense Contracting and Payroll Service. His technical education along with his tenure as both a consultant and a long-time practitioner make him a valuable player in Human Resources/Payroll system implementations and on-going maintenance projects.

 

Mr. Frank's consulting activities focus on providing strategic advice and planning as well as hands-on technical and functional support for Human Resources and Payroll system implementations. This includes assisting clients in the areas of project planning, data conversion, software customization, security, business process and workflow, testing, software upgrades, training and general troubleshooting.

 

As a Senior Consultant at Executive Alliance, recent clients have included Bose Corporation, Northeastern University, EMC and Cabot Corporation. Projects and responsibilities for these clients have included:

 

  • Development of customized employee and manager self-service applications using PeopleSoft’s eProducts. (Bose)
  • Functional implementation of SAP Personal Administration and Organizational Management for Time & Attendance project. (Bose)
  • Business Process Review which included documenting current HR/Payroll activities and proposing new processes to improve efficiencies and better utilization of technology. (NU)
  • Technical lead for PeopleSoft upgrade, 7.5 to 8.3 and implementation of PeopleSoft Payroll. (Cabot)
  • Functional implementation of BrassRing(2005)/Personic(2001), an applicant tracking and workflow product, which included developing interface specifications, UAT, and creating and delivering training. (EMC)

 

As a consultant for Business Information Technology (BIT) and Ceridian Employer Services, Mr. Frank provided implementation and maintenance assistance to a variety of clients which included Orion Capital, Citizens Bank, Bank of New Hampshire, Hampshire Chemical, Agway, Mentor and the Frontier Group. Services included project management, data conversion, requirements analysis and software customization.

 

As an HR Practitioner, Mr. Frank served as Compensation and HRIS Manager for Addison-Wesley Publishing Company for many years. Other HR experience was gained through positions held at Dynamics Research Corporation and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.

 

Mr. Frank completed his undergraduate work in Human Resources Management at Northeastern University and later attended Bentley College where he received a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems.
