Pamela Guyette

 

Pamela Guyette is a Principal with Executive Alliance. She has more than 20 years experience in domestic and global human resources, specializing in strategic design, information systems and process improvement. Specific areas of focus include HR organizational design, process and systems analysis, policy design and implementation of integrated human resource and payroll systems.

 

Ms. Guyette also has a broad range of HR functional experience including staffing/planning, management training/development, international relocation, global and domestic policy design, employee relations, personnel administration/benefits and compensation program planning. She has been involved in a number of mergers and acquisitions, assisting clients in successfully integrating Human Resources across multiple industries.

 

Representative projects include PeopleSoft HRMS program management within Healthcare and Technology industries, Human Resource and Payroll operations review for large banking and finance institutions, business process redesign, software selection and strategy formulation within Higher Education and Professional Services industries, and merger/acquisition program management within Technology and Consumer Products organizations.

 

Before joining Executive Alliance, Ms. Guyette was a Senior Manager for Andersen’s Human Resource Enterprise Applications division, where she was responsible for managing Human Resource and HR Technology engagements across multiple industries. She also held the Position of Asia Pacific HRIS Manager for Digital Equipment and Compaq Computer Corporation.

 

Ms. Guyette is a member of the Northeast Human Resource Association (NEHRA), International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) and Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She serves on the Advisory Board of IT Career World Magazine.

 

Ms. Guyette received a graduate degree in Administrative Management from Harvard University in June 2000. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management from Lesley University and a Human Resource Certification from Bentley College.
