Moira Miller

Moira Miller has more than 25 years experience in Human Resources and information management. In addition to Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), her experience and achievements cover the spectrum of Human Resources functions including Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations and EEO/AAP administration and management.

Ms. Miller's client activities include helping organizations conduct needs analysis, define requirements, evaluate and select vendors, and plan and manage system implementations. Her vendor evaluation experience includes ADP, Ceridian, Cyborg, Kronos, Lawson, NuView, Oracle, PDS, PeopleSoft, SAP, Spectrum and Ultimate Software vendor solutions.

Ms. Miller has provided services to organizations in a variety of industries including Bose Corporation, Genzyme, Brandeis University, Johns Hopkins Healthcare, University of Pennsylvania Health Systems, Lifeline Systems, Concord Communications, Air Products, Case Corporation, State of Florida, Sun Life of Canada, Simplex Time Recorder Company, Putnam Investments, Thomson Financial, Genetics Institute, Brown Brothers Harriman and Tyco International.

Before joining Executive Alliance, Ms. Miller was the Manager of Corporate Information Systems for Dynatech Corporation, a diversified electronics company based in Burlington, MA. She was responsible for all aspects of HRMS and corporate information technology including strategic planning, workflow management, needs analysis, vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and project management. Ms. Miller's career includes substantial Human Resources functional experience, at the corporate and subsidiary levels, with Interturbine Corporation, Summa Four, Inc. and Teradyne Connection Systems.

Ms. Miller has served on the Board of Directors for the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) and is currently a member of the Leadership Effectiveness Committee. She is a Past President of IHRIM's New England chapter and a frequent speaker and seminar leader at IHRIM and other professional association events.
