
Lois Drumm
Lois Drumm is a Senior Consultant with Executive Alliance. Ms. Drumm has more than twenty years experience as a human resource management professional with broad experience covering the areas of human resource information systems, employee relations, international HR, staffing, compensation and benefits.
She joined Executive Alliance in 1998 and has worked for organizations in high technology, education, healthcare, financial services, legal services and manufacturing. During this time she has helped client’s successfully complete projects in the areas of:
HRIS strategy and service delivery model development planning and roll-out of global HR systems that address transactional and decision support needs.
- HR business process improvement
- Business investment analysis and business case development
- Business requirements gathering and analysis
- Software selection and implementation for many functional areas including general HR, Recruiting and Compensation systems
- Program planning and team building
- Planning and delivery of end user training workshops
- Customized end user documentation that integrates technical and business process instructions
- Change management and communications
Before joining Executive Alliance Ms. Drumm was the Manager of the Americas Human Resource Information team at Digital Equipment Corporation and responsible for the management of a large human resource systems portfolio as well as the implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS throughout the Americas. Earlier at Digital, she also spent several years as an international Sr. Human Resources Consultant for Asia, Canada and Latin America where she was responsible for helping countries actualize corporate HR strategies in the areas of Compensation and HRIS programs.
Prior to working with Digital, she began her career as a compensation consultant for KPMG and completed many successful projects in the areas of job evaluation and compensation program planning and analyses.
Ms. Drumm received a BA in English and Education from Michigan State University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Clark University.
