Keith Martin

Keith Martin (keithmartin@executivealliance.com) is a senior consultant with Executive Alliance. He has more than 15 years of management experience in the areas of payroll, finance, information systems and warehouse and supply chain operations. Prior to joining Executive Alliance, Mr. Martin served as Senior Director of Finance, IT & Payroll Services for a national grocery distribution company. 

Mr. Martin’s experience includes:

• Processing payroll for over 20,000 employees in 20 states
• Implementing a suite of products from Lawson which included HR, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Lease Management, Process Flow and Employee Self-Service
• Managing the implementation of Kronos for 8,000 hourly employees
• Designing and developing custom software solutions to manage productivity, quality, payroll and incentives
• Managing numerous projects, allowing him to understand the dynamics of change management.
• Reducing departmental labor 30% through business process improvements and systems automation

Mr. Martin has used multiple payroll and time and attendance products. He is an active member of the American Payroll Association.
