Keith Martin

Keith Martin (keithmartin@executivealliance.com) is a senior consultant with Executive Alliance. He has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the areas of Payroll, Finance, Information Systems and Project Management. Consulting engagements across industries include: 

• Time & Attendance Implementation Consultant for a large Massachusetts city and public school system with 5,000 government employees and 25 union agreements.  Scope included automated time collection, pay rules, PTO accruals, and integration of HR/Payroll system.
• HR/Payroll Implementation Consultant for a publicly traded internet company.  Led complex data conversions from four disparate legacy HR/Payroll systems during a multiple phased implementation.
• Project Manager for year-end tax reconciliation and new benefits implementation efforts for a privately held construction company.
• HR/Payroll Solution Implementation Consultant for a publicly traded logistics corporation's U.S. based population, 6500 employees across 45 states.  Led data conversion of critical Payroll and HR employee information from seven disparate HR/Payroll systems into one.  Staffed and trained HR/Payroll shared service center.

Prior to joining Executive Alliance, Mr. Martin served as Senior Director of Finance, IT and Payroll Services for a national grocery distribution company with $20 billion in annual sales and 20,000 employees across 22 states.  Mr. Martin was responsible for the leadership of 50 employees.
