
Gregory Morris
Gregory A. Morris has been a consultant with Executive Alliance since 2003. Mr. Morris has broad-based experience in payroll management as both a practitioner and consultant. He has successfully managed all facets of payroll processing in both public and private sector organizations, using a variety of software environments. In addition, he has in-depth knowledge in areas such as federal and state tax compliance, payroll interfaces to financial systems and payroll/human resource system evaluation and implementation.
Highlights of his professional achievements include:
- Managed a payroll consolidation that resulted from a corporate merger/acquisition
- Oversaw the standardization of payroll practices and systems, which included implementing a time and attendance system
- Developed comprehensive written control documentation to meet Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements
- Created payroll handbook consisting of all internal policies and procedures
Mr. Morris graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors degree in Biology, and completed the Northeastern University payroll certification class. Mr. Morris is also an active member of the American Payroll Association.
