Beth Zielinski

Beth Zielinski is a payroll consultant with Executive Alliance. She has more than 20 years payroll experience including Payroll Process Management, Payroll and Time and Attendance Implementations, Software Conversions, Evaluating Payroll Processes and Procedures.   

Beth has successfully managed all facets of payroll processing in both public and private sector organizations in a variety of software environments.  In addition, she has assisted with the development of interfaces between HR, Time and Attendance, and other third-party systems.  She has substantial knowledge of federal and state tax compliance including the taxation of foreign nationals.

Beth has experience processing payrolls using Payforce, Enterprise, and PeopleSoft systems.  She also has experience with Enterprise E-time, Kronos Workforce Development, ADP Connection, ADP GL, Crystal Reporting, and Windstar's Tax Navigator system.

Beth's client experience includes engagements at Sensata Technologies, New England Patriots, Putnam Investments and Millenium Sports Club.
