Global HCM Technology Selection and
Execution of the Solution Implementation

Our client was founded in 1981, and helps process manufacturers to transform the way they design and run their operations. Since that time, our client has acquired more than 20 industry-leading companies as a part of their strategy to offer a complete, integrated solution to the process industries. The client is a global organization with 25 worldwide locations. The client engaged Executive Alliance to facilitate the process to select a global technology solution to support nine countries in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), 8 Countries in Asia Pacific, and 4 countries in Latin America. Our consultants were responsible for designing the implementation strategy and project management of vendor resources throughout the implementation. EA also lead the redesign of HCM business processes which were standardized and then modified as necessary to support local regulatory and business requirements.
