Global HCM Implementation

Executive Alliance is working on a project for an organization that has integrated manufacturing, state-of-the-art environmental practices and a full spectrum of technical and analytical services. The client provides leading-edge technology solutions to today's business challenges. The client is comprised of three major global business units with sales offices worldwide and business and manufacturing centers in 10 different countries. Their sensors and controls improve safety, efficiency and comfort for millions of people every day. As a result of a divestiture from their parent company, our client was faced with implementing an entire IT infrastructure, including business applications, in a six month timeframe. The client engaged Executive Alliance to manage a 16 country HCM implementation project, utilizing an offshore application team. EA lead both the client and application team to implement the global HCM solution. The implementation included Asia Pacific, Europe and Latin America countries and involved coordinating local and legislative requirements, organization restructuring, project management and oversight, and on-going coordination and communication with all parties involved in the implementation.
