HCM Business Process Improvement
Executive Alliance completed a project for a premier quick service restaurant franchisor with a leading position in the coffee, bakery and ice cream segments of the quick service restaurant category. The client has more than 12,000 points of distribution in 45 countries, and approximately 150 years of history. Executive Alliance has done many projects over the years for this client, most recently we were engaged to re-design their HCM Business Processes in less than 45 days to ensure a successful launch of their HCM system. Our consultants were responsible for leading the development of their new processes based on the new technologies. In total, over 20 processes were redesigned and approved in just over 30 days. Executive Alliance then developed and implemented process and system training to enable end users to effectively use the new system.
