• Transition company’s multiple HR and Payroll systems onto one common system.              

• Created centralized HRIS/Payroll business operations to lower risk and cost, and achieve greater consistency, data reliability and visibility.
• Kick-off to go-live in 4 months
     o Core HR and Payroll production.
     o Interface to Oracle ERP, Benefits Administrators and Time & Attendance Systems.
     o 18 unique businesses, 22 legal entities, operating from 15 States.
